The 9th International Ocean Film Festival operates primarily with online booking and mobile ticket entry.
- A maximum of 4 tickets per person per screening may be purchased.
- On-site ticket sales are available up to 15 minutes after the screening start time (subject to availability).
- According to privacy regulations, a third person cannot collect tickets using a mobile phone number, ID card, or any other personal information
- Tickets are issued to your mobile phone as QR code tickets.
- Screenshots will not be accepted for admission.
- KIOFF does not reissue your physical tickets for any personal reasons (loss, damage, or time confusion)

Refunds for admission tickets are processed based on the time indicated on the ticket, upon the audience's request, as follows:
1. If requested up to 20 minutes before the screening starts: Full refund of the ticket price.
2. If requested between 20 minutes before the screening starts and the exact start time: 50% refund of the ticket price.
3. Refund requests cannot be made after the screening has started.
4. If the festival announces a refund due to unforeseen circumstances, the refund process will be conducted according to a separate notice.
5. The time required for the refund may vary depending on the payment method, time of cancellation, credit card company (or bank), and mobile carrier.
