· Project Metadata: Project title, film specifications, and all accompanying submission materials (treatments, scripts, or screeners).
· Application Records: Support category, proposal details, and any other information pertinent to the entry and evaluation process.
2. Purpose of Processing
· Your data will be used for the following legitimate purposes:
1) Selection & Evaluation: To administer the application process and facilitate the formal judging of the Production and Screening Support entries.
2) Identity Verification: To verify the identity of applicants and communicate selection results.
3) Administrative Management: To manage overall festival operations, internal auditing, and statutory administrative tasks.
3. Retention and Storage
· Your personal data will be retained for a period of one (1) year following the formal conclusion of the festival cycle.
· Note: Certain records may be held for a longer duration where KIOFF is required to do so by applicable laws, regulatory obligations, or for historical archiving purposes.
