At the end of the world, in Antarctica, Argentine brothers Joaquín and Julián set sail across treacherous seas in search of waves. They navigate through fields of ice, climb towering glaciers, contend with aggressive seals defending their territory, and surf among the lands of penguins. Yet their journey is far more than an adventure.
Antarctica is the planet’s last great commons, belonging to all humanity. But its future is increasingly threatened by commercial krill fishing and the accelerating climate crisis. Armed with cameras, the brothers join scientists, diplomats, and environmental advocates in the fight to establish a Marine Protected Area in the Antarctic waters known as “Domain 1.”

형인 훌리안은 1986년에 태어났으며, University of Buenos Aires 에서 건축학을 전공한 뒤 미국에서 일하게 되었습니다.
동생 호아킨은 한 살 어리며, 전직 프로 축구선수로 활동했고, 역시 University of Buenos Aires 에서 경영학 학위를 받았습니다.
서핑과 모험, 자연에 대한 열정에 이끌려 우리는 2010년 7월 8일 캘리포니아를 떠났습니다.
아메리카 대륙 전역을 서핑과 캠핑으로 여행하며 고향인 아르헨티나까지 돌아가겠다는 꿈을 품고, 그렇게 우리 인생에서 가장 특별한 여정의 첫 단계를 시작하게 되었습니다.
그리고 지난 15년 동안 우리는 다큐멘터리를 통해 사람들에게 영감을 주고, 환경과 자연에 대한 인식을 높이기 위해 노력해오고 있습니다.
We are two brothers raised in a family with tradition and passion for surfing. Julián was born in 1986, graduated as an Architect from the University of Buenos Aires and went to work in the USA.
Joaquín is one year younger, he is a former professional soccer player and has a degree in Administration from the University of Buenos Aires.
Motivated by our passion for surfing, adventure and nature, we began the first stage of what became the trip of our lives when we left California on July 8, 2010 with the dream of surfing and camping throughout the American Continent back to our home in Argentina. 15 years trying to inspire people and raise awareness through our documentaries.
